Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX design and user research (more is a plus).
• Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to inform design decisions.
• Solid understanding of Design Thinking, Design Sprints, and other innovation frameworks.
• Proficiency in Figma for creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Basic UI design knowledge to collaborate effectively with designers and developers.
• Hands-on experience with user testing methodologies and usability evaluation.
• Strong background in UX Research (UXR) and data-driven decision-making.
• Sharp attention to detail and deep understanding of usability principles for web and mobile experiences.
• Experience using testing tools (e.g., Maze) and analytics platforms (e.g., Hotjar) to track user behavior.
• Ability to analyze data and key metrics to optimize user experience.
• Experience working closely with UX Research teams and applying insights to product design.
• Proficiency in co-creation and collaborative design tools.
• Previous experience designing for B2C and B2B digital products.
