Overview

The Dynamics CE Consultant will engage in Dynamics CRM implementations, guiding projects through all phases and ensuring tailored solutions for clients while fostering strong relationships.

• Engage in Dynamics CRM implementations from discovery to deployment.
• Provide insights and guidance on CRM/CE solutions.
• Conduct empathetic discovery meetings to understand client needs.
• Collaborate with the Development Team on customizations.
• Conduct end-user training and create knowledge transfer documentation.
• Innovate CRM implementation standards and tools.
• Present tailored technology demonstrations to clients.
• Uphold core values and foster trust within the team and clients.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of CRM industry practices and products.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in CRM projects.
• Good grasp of relational database concepts.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.
• Microsoft CRM Application certification is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint is advantageous.
• Bilingual in English and Portuguese.
