This is a Manager role that will lead a global team in the delivery and support of Transformer specific applications supporting Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.

In Short

• Lead multinational teams to deliver IT services for the Transformer portfolio.
• Manage HR, budgets, and vendor contracts.
• Develop governance processes for change requests.
• Oversee report development and ensure timely delivery.
• Define and execute new projects in the portfolio.
• Support end-to-end process excellence and efficiencies.
• Build integrations and automations to enhance business processes.
• Schedule and facilitate application governance meetings.
• Ensure compliance with project management processes.

Requirements

• Strong IT project management skills.
• Experience in building IT integrations.
• Knowledge of finance, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• SAP FI/CO experience.
• Effective communication with business and technical teams.
• Ability to create and update application documentation.
• Knowledge of IT project governance processes.
