Overview

The Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will join the Developer Experience team at Hireology, focusing on enhancing the internal development environment and external developer experience. This role emphasizes building systems that improve developer productivity and streamline the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, especially in developer tooling and CI/CD.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages: Next.js, .NET, Go, Ruby on Rails.
• Experience in improving CI/CD pipeline performance.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of AI-native development tools and practices.
• Familiarity with security-aware development practices.
• Experience designing automated test infrastructures.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication skills for technical tradeoffs.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn across various technologies.
