Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on, data-savvy TikTok Shop Manager to take ownership of our growing presence on TikTok Shop. This role blends e-commerce, creator partnerships, and marketing — perfect for someone who understands both the creative and performance sides of TikTok’s unique ecosystem.

In Short

Manage all aspects of TikTok Shop including optimizing listings and tracking performance.
Coordinate creator collaborations and run in-app promotions.
Drive sales, engagement, and brand visibility on TikTok.
Maintain and update product listings with fresh content.
Monitor customer messages and inquiries.
Track shop health and compliance metrics.
Report weekly on marketing KPIs and adjust strategies.
Manage affiliate and creator partnerships.
Run in-app promotions and manage Spark Ads.

Requirements

Experience in e-commerce and social media marketing.
Strong analytical skills for performance tracking.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and partnerships.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with TikTok and its advertising ecosystem.
