Overview

The Logistics Coordinator will support the Operations team in managing the end-to-end order-to-delivery lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely coordination of shipments.

Coordinate domestic and international shipments
Track shipments and monitor delivery timelines
Communicate shipment status with various stakeholders
Prepare and manage shipping documentation
Coordinate final-mile delivery
Process product quality claims and shipment discrepancies
Manage inventory transfers and warehouse logistics
Enter and manage customer orders
Maintain accurate records in ERP systems
Ensure compliance with regulations and policies

Requirements

Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills
Experience in logistics or supply chain management
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficient in using ERP and logistics systems
Knowledge of shipping documentation and regulations
