Overview

The Lien Negotiation Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and resolving complex lien issues for a personal injury law firm, ensuring clients receive optimal compensation.

In Short

Full-time remote position
Focus on lien negotiation and resolution
Collaborate with attorneys and case managers
Review medical records and billing statements
Communicate with medical providers and insurance companies
Prepare lien summaries for attorney review
Maintain organized records of lien communications
Follow up on outstanding lien resolution issues
Ensure compliance with lien resolution laws
Work Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm PT

Requirements

Experience as a paralegal
Strong background in lien negotiation
Excellent communication skills
Ability to analyze medical records and billing statements
Knowledge of state and federal lien resolution laws
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting
Proficient in managing documentation and records
Strong negotiation skills
