Overview

We are seeking a sharp, highly organized Executive Assistant to support the COO of a fast-paced law firm. This hands-on, high-impact role goes beyond calendar management, acting as an operational partner to ensure seamless communication and execution across the firm.

In Short

  • Employment Type: Full-Time Contractor
  • Workplace: Remote
  • Compensation: USD $1,200 - $1,400/month
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm PST
  • Manage the COO’s calendar and prioritize tasks
  • Act as a gatekeeper for the COO’s time
  • Coordinate meetings with multiple stakeholders
  • Manage the COO’s inbox and draft responses
  • Handle external correspondence with vendors and courts
  • Support HR-adjacent tasks and track documentation

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Familiarity with legal terminology is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
