Job Title: Customer Order Management & Project Specialist – ISP/MSP/VoIP

In Short

  • Manage customer orders from intake to fulfillment, ensuring 100% SLA adherence.
  • Coordinate with provisioning, technical, and billing teams to deliver accurate, on-time services.
  • Track and update order status in CRM/ERP systems, maintaining complete documentation.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact for order-related updates and issue resolution.
  • Lead internal process improvement projects to optimize workflows and reduce delivery errors.
  • Monitor project timelines, identify blockers early, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure all documentation is audit-ready and aligned with internal/external compliance standards.
  • Generate and analyze order management reports to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Escalate issues to management before they impact delivery timelines or SLAs.
  • Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure a smooth handoff between operational teams.

Requirements

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Experience in order management or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in structured workflows.
  • Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to work remotely in PST hours.
