We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer who’s excited to build joyful, movement-driven experiences that blend fitness and fun. You’ll help bring cozy, monster-collecting games to life while contributing to a mission that gets players walking, playing, and living healthier lives.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role—ideal for someone who loves games, values player experience, and thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments.

In Short

Build backend services and live game systems using Playfab, Azure, Unity, and C#.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Build responsive websites and game interfaces using React Native, JavaScript, and HTML.
Collaborate with engineering, art, design, and narrative teams.
Troubleshoot live issues and optimize backend workflows.
Perform code reviews and pair with teammates.
3+ years of experience in software or game development.
Shipped a commercial Unity game or major feature.
Excellent collaborator and communicator.
Bonus points for experience with web technologies and DevOps tools.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in software or game development.
Shipped a commercial Unity game or major feature (mobile preferred).
Confident working end-to-end on fullstack features from ideation to deployment.
Familiar with live service integration (e.g. Playfab, REST APIs).
Excellent collaborator and communicator—especially in remote-first teams.
Bonus points for experience with web technologies (React, REST APIs).
Knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
Familiarity with Unity’s Addressables, UaaL, or mobile sensor APIs.
Background in wellness, fitness, or movement-based games.
Curiosity around using AI, ML, or UGC in gaming experiences.
