Multimedia Designer (Graphic + Short-Form Motion, Paid Ads Focus) - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Multimedia Designer who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, design, and culture. This role requires someone who can craft scroll-stopping visuals—both static and short-form motion—that power high-performing ads and social campaigns for a luxury lifestyle brand rooted in scent, sensation, and unrestrained creativity.

In Short

• Produce ads, social content, and campaign visuals that grab attention and drive engagement
• Create moodboards, concepts, and templates aligned with the brand’s aesthetic
• Design across formats: static graphics, branded layouts, packaging assets, and ad variations
• Edit and animate short-form ads, reels, and stories for Instagram, TikTok, and paid media
• Repurpose existing content into new ad formats and variations
• Experiment with AI-generated visuals and new media tools to push creative boundaries
• 3–5+ years in graphic design, multimedia, or motion design
• Experience designing for ads, social, or content-driven brands
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva
• Opportunity to lead and evolve the brand’s creative direction

Requirements

• Portfolio that shows strong design and motion/video work
• Strong conceptual thinker with an editorial/fashion sensibility
• Self-driven, collaborative, and excited to push creative boundaries in digital ads
• Bonus: Experience with AI creative tools (Runway ML, Midjourney, Kaiber, etc.)
