HubSpot Specialist - Marketing Automation & Data Strategy - Remote

Overview

We’re hiring a HubSpot Specialist to own the full lifecycle of marketing automation, CRM hygiene, and user segmentation. This role is ideal for someone who is self-sufficient, strategic, and experienced in working across a messy CRM—someone who can step in and not just execute, but recommend and implement better systems.

If you’re highly fluent in HubSpot, confident in cleaning and managing large datasets, and understand how lifecycle marketing connects to backend infrastructure, we want to work with you.

In Short

• Own the full lifecycle of marketing automation and CRM hygiene.
• Manage user segmentation and data cleanup in HubSpot.
• Build and manage HubSpot workflows, including drip campaigns.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain CRM integrity.
• Act as a HubSpot Subject Matter Expert for the marketing team.
• Provide insights and troubleshoot CRM issues independently.
• Strong analytical skills required for data management.
• 2+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills necessary for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is a bonus.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience (admin-level or implementation specialist preferred).
• Proven track record in CRM data cleanup, automation design, and contact segmentation.
• Able to operate independently without needing close oversight or direction.
• Strong analytical thinking—you can spot patterns, clean inconsistencies, and build structure from mess.
• Excellent communicator who can explain HubSpot logic to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bonus: Experience working in healthcare, lab services, or regulated environments.
