Graphic Designer (eCommerce) - Remote

Overview

We're looking for a Graphic Designer with deep eCommerce experience to join a lean growth consultancy embedded directly inside DTC and Shopify brands. We handle paid media, email, CRO, SEO, and AI marketing as a single accountable partner, not a large agency with layers between the work and the results. The designer we bring on will work across every customer touchpoint that drives revenue, from the first ad impression to the post-click landing experience to the email that converts a browser into a buyer.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of graphic design experience with a focus on eCommerce or DTC brands.
• Portfolio showing real email templates, ad creatives, and landing page work (not concept projects).
• Hands-on experience building inside Klaviyo, not just exporting designs for someone else to build.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Figma or Canva.
• Understanding of what makes ads and emails perform, including hooks, visual hierarchy, and CTA placement.
• Ability to manage multiple brand aesthetics simultaneously without losing consistency within each.
• Availability for overlap with U.S. Eastern or Pacific time during core working hours.
