Requirements

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in eCommerce.
• Proven portfolio of high-converting ad creatives.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Understanding of direct-response marketing principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Excellent eye for typography and layout.
• Experience with motion graphics or video thumbnails.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and ad analytics.
• Exposure to landing page design.
