HiPeople is the AI Hiring Platform that takes care of screening, interviews, assessments, and references. We’re hiring a Growth Intern to help us build out our GTM motion on the path to $10M ARR and beyond.

In Short

Operate in rapid daily cycles with tight feedback loops.
Take ownership of growth campaigns end-to-end.
Track and monitor campaign performance.
Use AI tools for data analysis and execution.
Design and run growth experiments.
Join customer and sales conversations.
Work directly with founders.
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast learning.
Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills.
Willingness to take on diverse tasks.

Requirements

Strong alignment with company Ops Principles.

High ownership and bias to action.
Comfort operating in ambiguity.
Excellent analytical thinking.
Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel).
Experience with HubSpot and CRMs.
Interest in AI tools for automation.
