• Drive execution and delivery of complex technical programs.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

• Mentor junior program managers and team members.

Requirements

• 8+ years in technical program management.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale technical programs.
• Excellent project management skills in agile, scrum, and lean.
• Ability to understand complex systems for decision-making.
• Strong understanding of engineering operations.
• Strong leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams.
• Ability to influence without authority.
• Excellent risk assessment and mitigation skills.
• Team player with a collaborative attitude.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
