In Short

• Lead design of user experience for telemedicine products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Product Management, and Engineering.
• Design intuitive user-focused experiences through flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Advocate for users by understanding their needs and challenges.
• Push the boundaries of user experience with innovative solutions.
• Participate in customer research to inform design decisions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
• Work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
• 5+ years of experience in UX or Product Design.
• Proficient in Figma and visual design.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a UX or Product Design role.
• Experience building products from 0-to-1 in a startup.
• Holistic approach to design from strategy to details.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Adaptability and excitement for a fast-paced environment.
• Solid visual craft with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Enthusiasm for growth and openness to feedback.
• Experience in telehealth or healthcare is a plus.
• Passion for motion design is a nice to have.
