Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Acute Inpatient Rehab (Nights) - Remote

Overview

This position involves providing nursing care to patients in an acute inpatient rehabilitation setting under the supervision of registered nurses and other clinical providers.

• Provide general nursing care within LPN scope of practice.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or multi-state licensure.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Criminal background clearance certificates.
• 1 year of experience in healthcare preferred.
• PALS or ACLS certification preferred.
• State-approved IV course certification preferred.
• Knowledge of EPIC documentation process preferred.
