Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in payroll and benefits.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role at a U.S. public company.
• Experience with U.S. payroll and multi-state operations.
• Familiarity with India payroll and benefits programs.
• Experience with EoR vendors and distributed teams.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance and audit preparation.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing complexity.
• Ability to work in a remote-first environment.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable using AI for process optimization.
