Overview

The Group Product Manager will lead strategy and execution across HighLevel's core monetisation and billing infrastructure, managing a team of PMs to enhance wallet systems and billing processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading PMs.
• Experience with billing/wallet platforms or payment integrations.
• Strong understanding of monetisation best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to think strategically and analytically.
• User-centric mindset with empathy for agency admins.
• Ability to operate with urgency and navigate ambiguity.
• Experience with platforms like Stripe or Chargebee is a plus.
• Exposure to international wallets or tax engines is a bonus.
