In Short

• Work closely with the Environment Artists, Tech Artists, Art Leads, and Art Director to create high quality Stylized Environment Assets.
• Collaborate with all other departments to maintain the highest visual quality and optimization.
• Setup assets for other artists and assist with outsourcing.
• Be a role model with a positive attitude to help others succeed.

Requirements

• Understanding of the process for creating environment assets in game development.
• Knowledge of industry standard tools like 3ds Max/Maya, Substance, Zbrush, and Photoshop.
• A portfolio showcasing skills and passion for Stylized Environment Assets.
• Openness to explore different styles.
• Entrepreneurial spirit to drive progress in a new studio.
• Experience with Unreal Engine is a plus.
