Overview

HHAeXchange is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to drive the technology vision and development of next-generation home care agency and caregiver platform, focusing on enhancing usability and efficiency through Gen AI solutions.

In Short

• Build Gen AI solutions into home care management software.
• Integrate with leading AI models from Open AI, Anthropic, Meta, etc.
• Implement techniques to optimize user experience.
• Develop frontend applications using Angular and backend services in Go.
• Create responsive user interfaces across devices.
• Design and maintain APIs and microservices.
• Encourage experimentation with new technologies.
• Mentor fellow engineers and promote collaboration.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards.
• Write unit and integration tests for software quality.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in a reactive JavaScript framework (Angular, React, or Vue).
• Experience with backend development (Go, NodeJS, or Python).
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL/MongoDB.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with SaaS and microservices architectures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence is a plus.
