We are now looking for you to further scale our growth in the B2B sector through targeted Performance Marketing (focus on LinkedIn).

In Short

• Strategic planning and implementation of B2B performance marketing campaigns along the entire funnel (including budget control)
• Special focus on LinkedIn Advertising (Paid & Organic Content)
• Creation of targeted campaign content in close collaboration with the content team (e.g., Ads, Landing pages, Whitepapers, Webinars)
• Independent content creation, e.g., via Canva
• Setup and management of tracking setups as well as analysis and reporting of campaign performance based on KPIs
• Close collaboration with our sales team to optimally align performance marketing activities with our sales goals

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Performance Marketing with a B2B focus (ideally in the SaaS environment)
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• You think data-driven, enjoy testing, and have fun with continuous optimization
• You are creative and communicative and like to contribute new ideas for lead generation or new content
• You work proactively, independently, and enjoy working with a team
