Requirements

• Proven leadership skills in developing high-performing design teams.
• 10+ years of design experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting design concepts.
• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams.
• B2B SaaS expertise in product design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered experiences.
