Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Law preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with financial institution regulations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Compliance certifications (CRCM, CCBO, CUCE) are a plus.
• Commitment to continuing education in compliance.
