Full-Time Telehealth Provider - Remote

Overview

Colchis Medical Services is seeking a Full-Time Telehealth Provider to deliver personalized care to patients struggling with chronic conditions through virtual consultations.

In Short

• Conduct virtual patient visits to assess health remotely.
• Formulate treatment strategies and prescribe medications.
• Explain medical conditions and treatment options clearly.
• Conduct follow-up appointments and adjust treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
• Adhere to legal and ethical standards and telehealth regulations.
• Communicate effectively with patients and the clinical team.
• Demonstrate adaptability to changing patient needs.
• Conduct 30 hours of synchronous visits and 5 hours of asynchronous visits weekly.

Requirements

• Must possess an active NP/PA license.
• Active DEA license in PA, MD, NJ, or MO required.
• Experience in Endocrinology preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Proficient in PC/Mac systems.
