• Drive the end-to-end delivery of cross-departmental projects with global or regional scope.
• Facilitate collaboration between diverse stakeholders and ensure clear communication at every project phase.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with business goals.
• Proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and changes to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Lead status meetings, prepare reporting materials, and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure project documentation, governance, and compliance with internal PMO standards.
• Support process improvements, operational efficiency, and digital transformation efforts.
