• Manage end-to-end creative projects across online and offline channels, from briefing to final delivery.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, producers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Track project progress, resource allocation, and production schedules to ensure efficient delivery.
• Analyze project data and generate reports to identify opportunities for process optimization and operational improvements.
• Ensure alignment with brand guidelines, governance processes, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate clear communication between teams and stakeholders across different markets and functions.
• Support the continuous improvement of workflows, tools, and project management best practices.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in creative project management, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of creative workflows across both offline and digital channels.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and markets.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, Jira, and PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Ability to navigate complex projects while maintaining high standards of quality and execution.
