Overview

HeizJetzt GmbH is a nationwide company in Germany focusing on heat pumps, photovoltaics, and energy renovation solutions. We are looking for a motivated Technician or Master (m/w/d) in heat pump technology to strengthen our expert team.

In Short

• Quality control of heat pump installations performed by subcontractors.
• Serve as a technical contact directly with customers, identifying problems and providing solutions.
• Consult and instruct customers regarding the operation of the system.
• Perform minor adjustments and fine-tuning on-site.
• Organize appointments and coordinate with customers independently.
• Support the team with technical offer assessments and project planning.
• Conduct pre-inspections at customer sites.
• Plan construction sites and coordinate processes professionally.
• Ensure the highest service quality as the face of HeizJetzt on-site.
• Proactively solve technical, organizational, or process-related issues.

Requirements

• Completed training in the SHK sector (sanitation, heating, climate).
• Extensive experience with heat pumps is mandatory.
• Ideally a master title (not a must, but a clear advantage).
• Confident, customer-oriented demeanor and enjoyment of technical responsibility.
• Experience in technical planning or construction site coordination is desirable.
• Ability to assess situations on-site confidently and make decisions.
• Residence preferably central in Germany due to nationwide deployment.
• Driver's license class B.
