Hedepy has been simplifying the path to therapy for four years and changing lives. With over 900 verified therapists on board and more than 190,000 sessions completed in 2024, we are slowly transforming into a scale-up. As we grow, so do our ambitions. Continuously advancing our product is key for us, and therefore we are looking for an experienced Product Owner/Manager to help us bring innovations to our clients and therapists.

In Short

• Take over the product vision and strategy from our co-founder.
• Lead the development of new features from concept to launch.
• Communicate product changes and vision to technical and non-technical teams.
• Analyze market and customer needs and translate them into product opportunities.
• Ensure quality and detailed execution of all product aspects.
• 60% focus on new features and 40% on improving existing features.
• Work closely with the product team, developers, designers, and key stakeholders.
• Utilize tools like Flutter, Next.js, Figma, Jira, and more.
• Strong customer orientation and passion for improving user experiences.
• Perfect communication skills and technical awareness.

Requirements

• Technical knowledge to connect design, development, and product delivery.
• Attention to detail to ensure product standards.
• Fluency in Czech/Slovak and English.
• Preferred location in Prague or Brno for occasional in-person meetings.
