Overview

The Manager, Electrical Engineering is responsible for overseeing and managing electrical engineering functions, ensuring high-quality designs and execution. This role involves developing engineering designs up to 30% completion and acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in electrical engineering and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the renewable energy sector.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred.
• Experience with MS Office, AutoCAD, and ETAP.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• BESS experience is advantageous but not required.
• Experience with energy facilities design and operation.
