Overview

The Solutions Engineer is a full-time role that helps customers adopt HeartFlow’s AI-powered SAAS solution, guiding them through the implementation process in their hospital or clinical environment.

In Short

• Guide customers through the implementation of HeartFlow’s SAAS technology.
• Provide information on network protocols and data protections.
• Respond to customer inquiries and issues regarding the FFRCT product.
• Collaborate with a global Solutions Engineering team.
• Work independently and document customer issues.
• Deliver customer feedback to improve technology.

Requirements

• Positive and professional personality.
• Ability to work well within teams and cross-functionally.
• Comfortable in high-pressure situations.
• Working knowledge of HL7, PACS, DICOM, and HIPAA.
• Experience troubleshooting networking issues.
• Knowledge of Linux and virtualization technologies.
• 2+ years in the healthcare industry.
