Epic Senior Resolute Billing Analyst - Remote

Overview

This position serves as the subject matter expert and technical contact for their focus application areas (Resolute) and takes the lead in primary areas of work, including Projects, Changes, and the highest point of Break/Fix escalation. Additionally, demonstrates full use and application of standard principles, theories, and concepts related to technical discipline, and provides solutions to a variety of complex problems.

• Requires Epic Certification in relevant Core applications.

• 5 years of experience in healthcare IT or Epic systems required.
• Designs and maintains clinical information systems.
• Provides end-user support and troubleshooting.
• Collaborates with IT and clinical teams for system improvements.

Requirements

• Active Epic Certification in Resolute PB, HB, Claims.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience with clinical information systems.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
• Experience in EHR configuration and online scheduling.
• Ability to provide excellent customer support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Physical capability to perform the job duties.
