Overview

The Healthy Back Institute is seeking a results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership. This role is ideal for a seasoned financial executive with experience in D2C, CPG companies with a focus on Health & Wellness ideally. Our next CFO will have a strong background in financial strategy, forecasting, and reporting. You will play a critical role in driving profitability and guiding our financial operations as we scale.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA ideal.
• 8+ years of experience in financial leadership roles.
• Proven track record of successful forecasting and budgeting.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and ability to navigate compliance.
• Exceptional strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with financial management software (e.g., NetSuite).
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
