In Short

• Seeking an experienced Incedo Configuration Analyst for a 6-month temporary position.
• Strong understanding of Utilization Management (UM) and medical management processes required.
• Configure, support, and maintain the Incedo Utilization Management platform.
• Client-facing role responsible for managing deliverables according to project schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and functionality.
• Support and troubleshoot platform issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Provide training and support to end users on platform usage.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance processes for new configurations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and payer-specific requirements.
• Analyze data to optimize utilization management workflows.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Utilization Management or Medical Management is required.
• Strong understanding of claims processing within a healthcare payer environment.
• Experience with Incedo, InfoMC, or similar platforms is required.
• LPN/RN background is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced technical skills required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
