Health Quality Innovators (HQI) is actively seeking qualified quality improvement professionals to provide improvement consultation and coaching services to nursing homes, hospitals, or outpatient clinical practices across a diverse array of clinical and operational topics.

In Short

  • Participate in a national program that sets the standard for performance excellence.
  • Provide services to nursing homes, hospitals, or outpatient clinical practices.
  • Review quality measure data and assess needs.
  • Identify root causes to develop action plans.
  • Learn from and be supported by QIC colleagues and experts.
  • Transition from roles in health care delivery or public health.
  • Work remotely while making a substantial impact.

  • Travel may be required for provider visits and meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing, public health, or related field.
  • Experience in QI initiatives as a clinician or coordinator.
  • Familiarity with QI methods and tools.
  • Ability to interpret data and guide improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective remote team member with strong time management.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and ability to learn new applications.
