• Provide medical support and guidance to hospice patients and their families.

• Work in a remote and independent environment.

Requirements

• Current California NP license in good standing.
• DEA license required.
• 2-4 years of experience in hospice, oncology, or pain & symptom management.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and patient documentation.
• Strong knowledge of hospice care and symptom management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage detailed and confidential patient information.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple patients effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to patient locations.
