• Manage monthly close processes across various accounting areas.
• Handle payroll accounting and OPEX transactions.
• Oversee international accounting processes and journal entries.
• Assist in statutory audits and intercompany transactions.
• Provide support for tax, controls, and audits.
• Lead and mentor direct reports.
• Utilize advanced Excel and ERP systems.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.

Requirements

• Accounting or Finance degree required; MAcc or MBA preferred.
• CPA certification is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in public accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Critical thinking skills regarding accounting processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Results-driven mindset with flexibility in problem-solving.
• Experience with Workday ERP is a plus.
• Team player with leadership capabilities.
