Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive to join our team at HeadSpin, responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring a positive employee experience, and supporting strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals.

In Short

• Handle onboarding and offer letters for new hires.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and communication programs.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Ensure compliance with statutory HR requirements.
• Support performance appraisal systems and goal-setting processes.
• Coordinate with finance for monthly salary processing.
• Manage attendance, leave, and benefits administration.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
• 4-5 years of experience in HR operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR policies and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
