In Short

• Plan & run employee engagement events.
• Get creative with remote engagement.
• Prepare decks & presentations for events.
• Be the HR tech wizard managing HR software.
• Drive performance reviews and keep the process moving.
• Keep communication flowing with timely HR announcements.
• Support onboarding for new hires.
• Manage vendor relationships for HR tools.
• Maintain clean records and accurate reports.
• Conduct graceful exits and run exit interviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR operations and employee engagement.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency or fast-paced environments is a plus.
• Comfortable using HR software and data management tools.
• Well-versed in PowerPoint; Canva and video editing skills are an advantage.
• Strong communication skills.
• Highly organized multitasker with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solver.
• Adaptable and eager to learn.
