Senior Accountant - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Accountant with HeadQuarters, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring in a timely manner Accounts Payable Management, Payroll Processing, Expense & Accrual Accounting, Month-End Close and Reconciliations.

In Short

• Manage Accounts Payable Management and ensure timely processing of payments.
• Record and reconcile payroll transactions for employees and contractors.
• Manage payroll-related accruals, including Paid Time Off and bonuses.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations for accounts related to AP, payroll, and accruals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial matters.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements in financial operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and vendor agreements.
• Implement best practices and automation to improve efficiency.
• Provide timely financial information to internal stakeholders.
• Conduct flux analysis to explain variations in financial performance.
