In Short

• This new Financial Planning & Analysis Manager is a fully remote role and will report to the CFO.
• This is a temporary position with an expected duration of 6 months.
• The FP&A Manager will be a key member of the Finance Team.
• Responsible for utilizing both quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Evaluate the company’s progress toward achieving its financial and operational goals.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments.
• Create, update, and maintain detailed revenue forecasts.
• Prepare the monthly financial reporting package.
• Partner closely with accounting on the monthly close process.
• Prepare the 2026 budget and consolidate it into the overall company budget.

Requirements

• Basic Data Management skills.
• Experienced Power Query User.
• Visual Basic Literacy.
• Excel Table Object expertise.
• Expert Level Functional Excel skills.
• 5+ years of FP&A experience in high-growth companies.
• Required BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Multi-site business or healthcare experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• A detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy.
