Overview

The Customer Care Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience across all touchpoints.

In Short

  • Contract position for 6 months.
  • Bilingual in French and English is required.
  • Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:30 am to 7:00 pm.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and similar CRM tools.
  • Experience in customer service via phone/email communication.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of products (20,000+).
  • Facilitate the sales process and research alternative products.
  • Must pass a background check.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving skills.
