IT Service Desk Internship - Summer 2025 - Remote

Overview

As an IT Service Desk Intern at HCVT, you will assist the IT team in troubleshooting and managing IT ticket queues, while gaining valuable experience in a hybrid work environment.

In Short

• Assist IT Service Desk team with IT ticket queue.
• Troubleshoot computer hardware/software issues.
• Replace hardware such as laptops and monitors.
• Install, test, and maintain computers and peripherals.
• Prepare decommissioned equipment for disposal.
• Conduct research on software or hardware.
• Maintain documentation on software and systems.
• Participate in various IT related projects.
• Work 40 hours a week from Mid-June through Mid-August.
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment.

Requirements

• Ongoing education in an IT related field.
• Excellent decision-making skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in technical support preferred, but not required.
