Overview

The Accounts Payable Associate at HCVT is responsible for processing vendor payments and recording financial transactions while working in a hybrid model that balances in-office collaboration with remote convenience.

In Short

  • Process vendor payments and maintain financial records.
  • Review and circulate vendor invoices for approval.
  • Maintain the Accounts Payable Microsoft Outlook mailbox.
  • Enter and code invoices in Microsoft Dynamics GP.
  • Prepare batch check runs and ad-hoc check requests.
  • Provide customer service to vendors and firm personnel.
  • Maintain digital filing systems for the A/P process.
  • Respond to help desk tickets related to core responsibilities.
  • Enforce policies & procedures and maintain internal controls.
  • Participate in educational opportunities for job knowledge.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; higher education preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills required; intermediate preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP is a plus.
