Ultrasound Applications Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Ultrasound Applications Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales of GEHC products to the medical community by assisting field sales representatives with customer support before and after sales, including on-site clinical service, start-up support, and troubleshooting clinical and configuration issues with ultrasound equipment.

• Collaborate closely with the field sales organization to provide clinical support to GEHC customers regarding ultrasound modality.
• Coordinate on-site training events with Product Managers and Ultrasound Organization.
• Actively participate in developing training tools for customers.
• Provide insights on relevant clinical tools for future products and services.
• Participate in congresses and events in the country.
• Required: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Radiologic Technology, Medical Imaging, or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of work experience in a clinical ultrasound environment.
• Ultrasound scanning skills are essential.
• Availability and flexibility to travel, including weekends if required.
• Communication skills in Spanish; intermediate English is desirable.

Requirements

• Experience with GEHC ultrasound products as an Applications Specialist is preferred.
• Scanning skills in General Imaging, Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Cardiology.
• Experience in customer training on these products.
• Interpersonal communication skills.
• Adaptable and flexible to change.
