Overview

The Biomedical Technician 1 responds to service calls to evaluate, diagnose, and perform repair and planned maintenance on customers' basic biomedical equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction through service excellence.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience servicing electrical or mechanical equipment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs unassisted.
• Willingness to work rotating on-call schedules.
• Must comply with background check and drug screening.
• Good hand and finger dexterity.
• Ability to meet health and safety requirements.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• One year of applicable work experience is preferred.
