Pediatric Mental Health Therapist - Remote

Overview

This role involves providing virtual mental health care to K-12 students, focusing on increasing access to quality healthcare experiences.

In Short

• Full-time W2 position with summers off.
• Work Monday through Friday, 12p - 8p PST.
• Provide evidence-based mental health counseling.
• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans.
• Collaborate with care management teams.
• Participate in clinical team activities.
• Maintain documentation and productivity levels.
• Telehealth crisis support as needed.
• Must be licensed in CA and the state of residence.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.

Requirements

• Licensed LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC without restrictions.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a school-based setting.
• Strong knowledge of mental health diagnosis and treatment.
• Telehealth experience preferred.
• Strong technological skills for digital documentation.
• Effective communication skills.
• Willingness to gain licensure in other states.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Available for 10-month employment.
• Bilingual a strong plus.
