Cloud Fleet Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Cloud Fleet Engineering team at Hayden AI is at the forefront of managing and scaling our fleet of AI-powered edge devices deployed across global transportation agencies. Our team is responsible for developing and maintaining critical systems, including over-the-air update platforms, device observability tools, and backend services that ensure the seamless operation and reliability of our mobile perception technology.

In Short

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of core components of our cloud services architecture.
• Assist in building and operating CI/CD systems for physical devices and cloud services.
• Support the operation of multi-region AWS deployments at scale using infrastructure as code.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to implement best DevOps, SRE, and security practices.
• Work cross-functionally to gather requirements and build new features.
• Participate in incident prevention, response, and remediation efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 years of industry experience.
• Exposure to Amazon AWS services such as EKS, S3, SQS, RDS, Cognito, and Lambda.
• Proficiency in Python or Go (Golang).
• Experience with relational, time series, or document databases, with knowledge of SQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Understanding of web services and APIs.
• Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
