The Assistant Divisional Youth Manager will assist in providing leadership and support to Youth Leaders and members in our Aotearoa online Youth division, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs for personal development.

• Assist in leadership and resource access for Youth Leaders.
• Help with administration tasks such as newsletters and consent forms.
• Support goals set in the Regional Business Plan.
• Promote attendance at courses and training workshops.

• Support Youth succession planning.

• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.

• Computer proficiency and internet access.
• Commitment of a minimum of two hours per week and attendance at overnight camps.
